This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end property management (excluding leasing and trust accounting) without weekend work. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of a portfolio. End-to-End Property management without leasing and trust accounting. Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, and resolving conflicts in a professional and courteous manner. Maintaining open lines of communication.
